Students need to demonstrate all seven Learning Outcomes to complete the CAS requirement for the IB Diploma. Some may be demonstrated many times, in a variety of experiences, but completion requires only that there is some evidence for every outcome.
Students should be intentional in your self-development journey, but expect to be surprised by the unexpected learning that comes about. This process is evidenced in reflections and other produced materials or evidence – which really are thoughts, realizations, plans, goals, failures, progress, troubles, failings - through videos, written records, audio bites etc.
