CAS Project

In 2024, students will not engage with ‘Challenge Week’. Rather, students will work collaboratively in small groups to carry out an independent CAS project with tutor time allocated to support this process and with support from tutors, the enrichment team and enrichment leaders.

The CAS project can be aligned with one or more of the CAS Strands and does not necessarily need to be aligned with service unlike in previous years.

Students will demonstrate their CAS project at the CAS Project presentation evening that your parents and the extended SJII community are invited to attend. This event is scheduled for Wednesday evening, 8th of November.

Note: Students' projects may include working with local or international communities/providers and traveling overseas. However, this is not an explicit requirement of the CAS project and the planning and execution of any international projects will not be supported by the school.
